Journey Setting

Think of this as your travel plan.

We will examine your goal (your destination) and create an itinerary to get you to your ultimate self. This is the 'pre-work' to get you started. Think of beginning with the end in mind.

Journey Stops

These are your milestones along your journey.

We will make sure that you achieve the mini-goals you've set for yourself. It is extremely important to celebrate the wins and acknowledge the not-so-wins and keep moving.
